We plan to securely process payments through Stripe for our services. All transactions are encrypted and comply with PCI-DSS standards. No payment data is stored directly on our website.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than we retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. after that, data is securely deleted or anonymized..

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. 12. AI DATA USAGE & DISCLAIMERS

 DeMase Marketing LLC utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools — including services from Chatbase, Zapier, and OpenAI — to enhance automation, chatbot functionality, and user communication. In using our services, you acknowledge that your input, communication, or behavioral data may be processed through third-party AI tools for the purpose of automation or analysis. While these tools are used to improve service delivery, we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses or content. Users who wish to opt out of AI-related processing may do so by contacting us at team@demasemarketing.com with “AI Opt-Out” in the subject line.

13. LEAD TRACKING & ATTRIBUTION TECHNOLOGIES

 DeMase Marketing LLC uses various lead attribution tools to track user behavior across landing pages, funnels, emails, and advertisements. These tools may include UTM codes, click-tracking links, web beacons, and third-party CRM integrations.
